Ну как сказать. Вот в случае с чехам там прямая обида чувствовалась на то, что Австро-Венгрия, а не империя австрийцев, венгров и чехов. Хотя в Чехии чувствуется очень сильное влияние немецкого духа. Порой до смешного.
